Huazhisheng Thermal Solutions Advanced Thermal Material Enables Breakthrough in Smart Appliance Performance

InnovateHome Inc., a Michigan-based smart appliance manufacturer, faced critical thermal throttling issues during the development of their new smart oven series. When operating beyond 15 minutes, processor temperatures exceeded 95°C, triggering system shutdowns. After testing 3 thermal interface materials without success, Technical Director William Davis's team risked delaying the product launch.

We implemented 5121 thermal paste with the following specifications:

Implementation
