Product Description

G-501 is a synthetic lubricating grease based on special silicone oil, ideal for compressor bearings and plastic parts. Its formulation prevents stress cracking in engineering plastics like PC, POM, and ABS, while offering superior lubrication for steel-on-steel applications compared to conventional silicone greases.

Key Features

• Appearance: White to light yellow, homogeneous texture.
• Stability: Low volatility (0.1% at 150°C/24h) and oil separation (2.0% at 150°C/24h).
• Temperature Resistance: Operates from -50°C to +150°C (extended range -58°C to +302°C).
• Safety: Non-corrosive to plastics, JIS-standard consistency (317).
