Product Description

MOLYKOTE® 3400A-LF is a heat-cure dry lubricant designed for metal-to-metal combinations operating under medium to high loads and slow to moderate speeds. It offers excellent lubrication, corrosion protection, and solvent resistance, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments.

Key Features
  • Forms thin, uniform coating (10-15μm) after curing at 200°C for 30 minutes
  • Reduces friction and wear, enhancing component durability under high loads
  • Maintains adhesion after 3 hours at 260°C or 24 hours at 43°C
  • Exceptional resistance to oils, fuels, and corrosion (≥500 hours salt spray test)
  • Can be applied by spraying, dipping, brushing, or centrifuging (with recommended thinner MOLYKOTE® L13)
