Krytox GPL 205 Chemical Oxygen System Seals Valves PTFE PFPE Grease Lubricant
Krytox GPL 205 is an NLGI Grade 2, white, creamy consistency grease with a specific gravity of 1.98 g/cc at 0°C. It is a PTFE-thickened perfluoropolyether (PFPE) grease containing no additives.
Product Introduction
Krytox GPL 205 grease is a chemically inert, nonflammable, and synthetic fluorinated lubricant designed for extreme conditions. It is safe for use around hazardous chemicals and in oxygen service, and will not damage plastics, elastomers, or cause metal corrosion.

Application Scenarios
Krytox GPL 205 is typically used for lubricating valves, instruments, and bearings in contact with aggressive chemicals (acids, bases, solvents, ammonia, steam) and in oxygen systems (LOX/GOX). It is also commonly used as a lubricant for seals and O-rings in the aerospace, semiconductor, and chemical processing industries.
