Molykote 6166 Anti-Noise Grease for Automotive Parts and Electrical Components
Molykote 6166 is a white, non-conductive anti-noise grease formulated with silicone oil and PTFE-based solid lubricants. It features a low coefficient of friction, high drop point (195°C), and broad operating temperature range (-40°C to 150°C), with excellent stability due to low oil separation (1.5%) and evaporation loss (0.2%).

Designed to reduce metal friction noise and improve operational smoothness, this grease is ideal for precision mechanisms, electrical contacts, and automotive components. Its high base oil viscosity (1300 mm²/s at 40°C) and anti-corrosion properties (Copper Strip Corrosion 1a) ensure durable lubrication and protection.
