Product Description

Dowsil CN-6015 is a two-part, 1:1 mix ratio grey silicone elastomer thermally conductive encapsulant. It offers curing flexibility with both room temperature and heat cure options, high thermal conductivity (1.6 W/m·K), low density, high flowability, and excellent flame retardancy (UL 94 V-0) for electronic components.

Product Introduction

This product is designed especially for use in the manufacture of electrical and PCB products and modules. It cures to form an elastic encapsulant that effectively manages heat and protects internal components from harsh environmental conditions. It offers a pot life of approximately 90 minutes at 25°C, providing sufficient working time, and features self-adhesion properties.
