One-part black thixotropic adhesive with high tensile strength (4.8 MPa) and UV indicator for inspection. Requires no mixing, cures upon heating, and is suitable for automotive and industrial sealing and bonding applications.
Product Overview
As a non-flowing version of DOWSIL™ Q3-6611, this adhesive is designed for applications requiring high viscosity retention. Its thixotropic nature prevents sagging on vertical surfaces, while the UV indicator enables automated inspection. It maintains performance from -45°C to 200°C.

Special Properties
With high elongation (165%) and low tensile modulus (2.9 MPa), it offers excellent stress relief. Its volume resistivity (4.7×10¹⁴ Ω·cm) and dielectric strength (21 kV/mm) make it suitable for electronic insulation. It provides 611 psi lap shear strength on aluminum without primer.
