Non-Flowing, Flame Resistant Sealant for CRT Wedge Bonding Applications
Product Overview
DOWSIL™ 739 is a one-part, non-flowing silicone adhesive available in white, gray, and black colors. It cures at room temperature and features good flame resistance with a UL 94 HB rating, designed for general purpose bonding applications in electronics.
This adhesive requires no mixing and cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, eliminating the need for curing ovens. It exhibits high elongation for stress relief and can be accelerated with mild heat below 60°C for faster processing. The product is suitable for needle dispensing methods, both manual and automated.
