Plexus® PC-120 is a fast-drying, translucent red liquid cleaner and conditioner containing a red dye. It is specifically designed for cleaning and conditioning aluminum and stainless steel surfaces prior to bonding with Plexus adhesives, enhancing long-term bond durability.

PC-120 acts as both a cleaner to remove contaminants and a conditioner to improve adhesive performance. It is applied by wiping, brushing, or spraying, dries within 1-3 minutes at ambient temperature, and leaves a thin active layer for optimal bonding. The red dye ensures uniform application.

The product contains anti-corrosion ingredients that resist water and saltwater exposure, strengthening bonds against environmental degradation. Its carrier solvent is isopropyl alcohol, enabling fast evaporation and compatibility with metals.
