Teroson MS 930 is a one-component, silane-modified polymer (SMP) sealant and adhesive. It is a gun-grade, paste-like, and thixotropic material that cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a soft, elastic rubber. It is free from solvents, isocyanates, silicones, and PVC, and is available in white, grey, and black.

TEROSON MS 930 offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates including metals, glass, and most rubbers (even EPDM) without the need for a primer in many cases. It exhibits good UV resistance and weatherability, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications. The curing process is dependent on ambient temperature and humidity; higher levels accelerate skin formation and through-cure, though the rate also depends on joint depth.

Beyond its basic sealing function, a key feature is its compatibility with paint systems and its electrical safety certification (UL QMFZ2). It demonstrates durability in damp heat tests (1000 hours at 85°C/85% RH) and shows no significant changes after prolonged UV exposure. Although primarily a one-component system, it can be converted for accelerated curing using two-component technology (Power & Speed or 2c-Technology) in high-volume manufacturing.

TEROSON MS 930 is extensively used in the transportation industry for seam and joint sealing in vehicle bodies, railway carriages, and container manufacturing. It is also specified for bonding floor coverings in bus manufacturing and for conventional window glazing between rubber profiles and glass. Additional applications include shipbuilding, metal construction, HVAC, and electrical enclosures.
