MOLYKOTE® D-10-GBL is a heat-curing dry-film lubricant composed of solid lubricants, organic binders, and solvents. This gray-black coating operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 340°C and features high viscosity suitable for screen-printing applications.

Application Guidelines
Apply by screen-printing, spraying, or brushing with recommended dry-film thickness of 15–20μm. Thoroughly stir before use and dilute with GBL solvent for viscosity adjustment if needed.
Surface Preparation
Proper surface preparation is critical for optimal performance. Clean and degrease surfaces, then apply recommended phosphating or sandblasting to improve adhesion.
Curing Process
Typical curing involves a 10-minute flash-off at 80°C followed by 20 minutes at 200°C to achieve full performance characteristics.
