LOCTITE 495 is a one-part, low-viscosity, clear to pale straw-colored liquid ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive that cures by moisture and is primarily used for bonding plastics, rubber, and metals.

Special Properties
The curing speed is significantly influenced by bond gap, ambient humidity, and substrate type; optimal performance is achieved with small gaps and 40%-60% relative humidity. Accelerators can be used for large gaps but may reduce ultimate strength. Key features include rapid fixturing, high strength, and good environmental resistance.
